     3.檢查(chá)各連接部(bù)位連接是(shì)否緊固；

     4.檢(jian)查管路壓(yā)在泵上的(de)力和力矩(jǔ)是否超過(guò)給定的數(shu)💋值⛱️，如🌂果溫(wen)度較高，還(hái)應檢查管(guan)路是否有(yǒu)膨脹節；

     5.檢(jiǎn)查電氣連(lian)接的正确(que)性及電機(jī)的額定值(zhí)，并檢查電(dian)機🈲轉動❌方(fāng)向是否正(zheng)确；

     6.檢查泵(beng)的轉動方(fāng)向是否正(zheng)确；

     7.如有安(an)全閥，安全(quan)閥安裝必(bi)須正确，

     8.檢(jiǎn)查泵軸是(shì)否轉動靈(líng)活；

     9.泵的内(nei)部不能是(shì)幹的，特别(bie)是需要自(zi)吸的時候(hou)，應向泵内(nèi)灌🌈注一些(xie)油或輸送(song)的液體；

     10.泵(bèng)組裝時在(zai)零件的表(biao)面有防護(hù)液，如果這(zhe)種液體不(bú)能和泵送(song)液體相容(rong)，則必須清(qīng)洗；

     11.最好在(zai)管路上安(ān)裝壓力表(biǎo)和真空表(biao)，方便觀察(chá)泵的工作(zuò)🙇🏻狀态；

     12.檢查(chá)機械密封(fēng)箱是否注(zhu)滿液體；

     13.檢(jian)查管路的(de)閥門是否(fǒu)打開；

     14.如果(guo)用内燃機(ji)驅動，請在(zai)起動發動(dong)機前保持(chí)離合器♉脫(tuo)開；

     泵起動(dong)後，檢查液(ye)體是否進(jìn)入到泵中(zhōng)，泵是否工(gong)作正常，如(rú)果長時間(jian)無液體進(jin)入泵中，應(yīng)停機檢查(chá)泵✍️及管路(lù)。
